• Hire More Teachers
  • Reduce Administrative Costs
  • Reduce Classroom Sizes
  • Work Towards Higher Educational Standards

The current educational system is failing our children. According to Education Week, Arizona is ranked 44th in the nation for education.

With a population that is rapidly growing and one of the most unique and diverse student bodies in the nation, Arizona has unique needs for its educational programs that are not being met. If elected, education reform will be one of my top priorities.

Education has consistently been one of the first government programs on the chopping block whenever it is time to cut spending. That is unacceptable. Education and investing in our youth should be a priority. We need to reinvest in our schools, and to start that we need to rehire teachers. Classroom sizes have grown out of control, which means students are getting less individual attention, which leads to lower chances for success. While adding spending in the classroom, administrative overhead must be reduced.
